Preparation
Once the online order has been placed. The select items will be collected and prepare for your order as soon as your order reaches the cut off time. If you choose the option to pick up in person, please wait the confirmation message before visiting our store to ensure your order is ready.
Shipping
We offer local delivery to Hamilton and surrounding areas. If you are outside of our local range, Canada Post or another courier service will be used to ship your products. Estimated shipping for most in stock orders is 2-5 business days. If you are in the GTA, please contact us for local shipping options.
Pick Up
Upon checkout, you have option of selecting wholesale pickup. Your order will be prepared once it has been placed and once it is ready you will be notified that for pick up. The pickup location will be our warehouse located in Hamilton , Ontario.
