Preparation
Once your online order has been placed, the selected items are collected and prepared as soon as your order reaches the cut-off time. If you choose to pick up in person, please wait for the confirmation message before visiting our store to ensure your order is ready.
Shipping
We offer local delivery to Hamilton and surrounding areas. If you are outside our local range, Canada Post or another courier service is used to ship your products. Estimated shipping for most in-stock orders is 2–5 business days. If you are in the GTA, please contact us for local shipping options.
Pick Up
At checkout you have the option of selecting wholesale pickup. Your order is prepared once it has been placed, and you will be notified when it is ready. The pickup location is our warehouse in Hamilton, Ontario.
