To make an order on our website, you must be registered with an account. To create an account, you need register with your name, business name, contact number, and address. Once you have signed up, we will review your details within the next 24 hours and activate your account.
Once you have activated your account, you may log in and browse our shop page where all the prices will be listed under each product. The add to cart button will place your items into the shopping cart, where it will be saved on your account until you either make an order or remove the items, even if you close the website or log out.
Clicking the top right cart icon will open up your cart tab, which will display the items you have added so far. You may remove or edit the quantity of your items in this tab. If you will to see an expanded version of your cart, click on view cart at the bottom of your cart tab.
After you are ready with you order, click on the checkout button to go to the checkout page and review your order. Make sure your shipping and billing address is correct and select the payment and shipping options you wish to use.
If you wish to pick up your order from our wholesale, select local pickup and cash on delivery (COD).
Click on place order once everything is complete.
When you see your order confirmation page that means your order is complete. We will prepare and notify you once it is ready for pickup OR ship your order in the next 5 business days.
